Please note that as we get closer to the event, we’ll be sending you emails about it that include a full schedule and details about the health experts’ presentations and breakout sessions, and more.
For right now, some important “business” to take care of…
Because this conference consists of a full three days of life-changing events for you, we highly recommend you plan on arriving on Thursday, October 21 and departing on Monday, October 25 (in other words, staying four nights). FYI, the actual conference begins at 8:30am on Friday morning, October 22, and it concludes on Sunday, October 24, around 6pm.
Do please make your room reservations ASAP. We fully anticipate that the room block will sell out soon. Once the discounted rates are gone, rooms will be subject to hotel availability at their rack rate.
As for checking in to the live event, that will take place on Thursday, October 21, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm Central time.
